I'm Markecie (pronounced Mar-keese), and I started Sylvan Yards because I want to help my neighbors keep their yards looking good. I know our neighborhood—the old trees, the close yards, what works. I'm reliable, fair with my prices, and I care about doing good work.

If you need someone to cut your grass, clean up your yard, or just get things trimmed up, I'm your person. No fancy promises—just honest, hard work by a young entrepreneur. Please keep in mind that my granddad will be with me most of the time and that appointments need to be within one mile of Sylvan Road in the Sylvan Hills neighborhood.
